Surrey Top and Wire Steering Wheel

Hello All.  I have a picture of my TR 250  and surrey top in back ground of 
an ebay it. An old steering wheel. That I have no ideal what it fits.  My 
surrey top I had a new head liner installed by a local trim shop. I use a 
mo=hair 
material used. Trim shop in stall new sleeves. So all stock hardware was used.
