That would be a remake of the 60's film and titled " Never Say Never Again" . 
 Not quite up to the quality of the older Bond films as it was not produced 
by the original people.

The Renault R5 Turbo used is a factory mid engine conversion of the "Le Car", 
super quick in tight quarters.
