The late TR4 seats have one complete welded frame so the only part that
could be swopped on the base is the foam padding.

Now, if you were going to strip the seat down as far as that, it may be an
idea to replace all foams and the rubber diaphrams as a matter of course.
All the parts are available from Moss etc. and they are not cheap for what
they are.
