Then I have no objection ... except that now the procedure is different if
you turn the engine backwards into position.  I've done that frequently,
since I turn the engine by putting the gearbox in 4th and pushing the car
around, and it's easier to push the car backwards when you're standing on
the LH side of the engine where the valve adjusters are.
