HELP! Triumphest-Red TR6 w/ Union Jack painted on hood - Who owns it???

A friend showed me a picture of a Red TR6 he saw at Triumphest this year.  It 
had a Union Jack painted across the hood and fenders......very nice looking.  
It also had chrome wire wheels on it.
 
I would like to contact the owner to get details on the wheels.  They look 
different from what I'm used to seeing on TR's.
 
If anyone is familiar with the car, I would appreciate it greatly if you could 
put me in touch with the owner,
