Not that Fred needs my help ... but I work for Deere and he's absolutely
right.  And these folks are serious about long life with an absolute minimum
of care.  No one ever waxes a farm implement, but their useful life may be
50 years or more!

Might also be worth pointing out that just as there are many different
paints with different characteristics, so too are there many different
powders.
