Hello list, and eBay users This morning I received a very official looking email, supposedly from ebay, warning me that I needed to update my account information or my ebay account would be suspended. There was a place to put in my id and password, then click on submit. Clicking on submit (it doesn't matter what, if anything you put in the form) takes you to a very sophisticated web page that asks for all sorts of personal information. Please beware of this scam and don't fall for it! I forwarded the email to ebay. |
