Oxygen esposure???.........rubber oxodizes in time........just read an article that stated look at your tires after 5 years........and never use any tires over 10 years old.........Also championed a cause to date tires like milk!..........<g>........ If I buy tires that I'm not going to use for a bit........I buy the newest ones I can find.....I do my best to vacuum pack them and store in a cool place........If mounted......I reduce pressure to 5 lbs.........
