I beg to differ from Steve. I think that your chances of getting
hooked back are slim. You had so many LBC's that you sold one by one,
that you've had plenty of time to change your mind and you did not.
Plus, life offers so many opportunities that you will find yourself
swamped in something else before you konw it. BTDT
I have been 100% into
remote control planes
real gliders
skydiving
BGM (Big German Motorcycles)
LBC's
I have nothing but memories from them except the from last one and
not one thought of moving backward. Of course my statistics cover
only a sample of one...

Subject: Car Sold! And Adios! No More LBC's...
Well, after ten years of enjoyment and camaraderie with fellow Scions
of
Lucas, we sold our last (of seven!, MGB, Box Sprite, Bugeye, Cortina
MKII, Consul Capri, 65 Spit, 79 Spit) LBC today, the 79 Spitfire I've
been talking up here lately.
And no, it did not go to some Nigerian scammer. It was purchased by
a
local woman who was just as smitten with it as my wife was ten years
ago.
Car gone. C.I.F. (cash in fist).
So, with fond memories we bid a tearful good bye.
I will be unsubscribing in a day or two.
You are the greatest car people in the world.
Cheers,
Brian N.
PS What do you think the chances are of us coming back?
