This is what I thought too but after ordering (and waiting a long time for)
a set of Whitworth wrenches, I discovered that I use them more often than I
thought I would. I have some other English stuff around here and quite
often for electrical and carbs I need them, but also the odd other bit that
always seems like it could have been outsourced.
Of course now I have less resistance to acquiring more English machinery...
