I've been using a Wagner hot air gun for years - it's sold for
stripping paint, but it works just fine for shrinking heat shrink
(and melting the freshly cut ends of nylon rope/webbing). If you
want to be really professional, bend up a baffle for the end
of the gun that allows you to direct hot air around all of the
tubing at once (use thin stainless steel or brass sheet).
