on my 80 tr7, i am rebuilding the alternator. putting in a new voltage
regulator and a bridge rectifier. now i can't seem to read my own notes.
there is a metal band on the top of the brush box. one yellow wire goes
from i think a diode to the left end of it. thats fine. there is a red
wire coming from the bridge rectifier on the right side and also a yellow
wire coming from the voltage regulator. does the yellow wire coming from
the voltage regulator connect to the red wire coming from the bridge
rectifier ? and do both those wires go to the metal band that is one of the
brushes ? or do they or one of them just mount to the brush box down on the
right of the box ? i can't believe i did this, but now i do not know where
those wires go !
