Off topic for some of these groups I know, but we're all into saving Triumphs,
aren't we?
I have been told of an excellent Dolomite 1500HL which is available in
Bridport. I am told that the car is excellent in all respects except that the
engine has a cracked block making the car imobile.
Information I have is as follows:
1979 Dolomite 1500HL Automatic.
Exterior colour: Burgundy
Interior: Tan fabric
Radio: Original
Condition: A1/A2
Mileage: 28000 from new
I have just one photograph of the car and it does look very good indeed, but it
is a front view so I can see nothing of the wheelarches. The owner doesn't have
any great expectations of the car's value, but it really needs to go in the
next week or it will have to be scrapped - if the car is as good as it sounds
this would be a real shame.
Get in touch with me asap if you're interested and I will put you in touch with
the car's owner. In the meantime I'll try and get an advert with the photo
uploaded to the classifieds section of the Rarebits4classics site this evening.
