Hi Phil.... I have been on the list about four years. I recall seeing
"fluif" quite a lot and wondering what the heck it was all about. Someone
posted the explanation some time ago... had to do with someone initially
mis-spelling it and it sticking. I suspect that's what happened with
"guage." Perhaps someone can enlighten us on the history of both again. I
love the quirkiness of the list, but especially am thankful for the
tremendous knowledge shared amongst its' members. It's hard to guage the
benefits I've gained, my LBC education is in a constant state of fluifity.
