The 250 OD switch blues

Tom,
    I went through the same problem, and asked the same question of people on
the list.  My TR6 OD sw. engages in the down position as well.  I think a more
appropriate question is who thought it was a good idea to put the OD switch
where it is so easily confused for the directional (trafficator) switch?
