Jeremy,
I don't know about Triumph stuff to do in Dayton, but if you like aircraft
and aviation at all, Dayton has the largest aviation museum in the United
States at the Wright-Patterson Airforce base. I highly recommend it for
historical interest as well as just lots of cool planes. They have
several of the retired Air Force One presidential jets (including JFK's
which flew his body back from Dallas and the very first presidential
aircraft which I believe was FDR's). They have every phase of aviation
from the Wright flier to NASA spacecraft. It is a HUGE place that would
take at least two days to see all of. They have the only remaining Valkre
(sp?) bomber in existence (only two were built and one crashed in tests).
They have a large number of one-of-a-kind prototypes. It is very
impressive. Definitely worth a visit. It is at least as cool as the
Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, Florida, and the Smithsonian Air and Space
Museum in Washington.

Subject: Triumph Sources in Dayton, OH?
Hi Everyone,
After a long hiatus from the list, I have rejoined to get back into the
Triumphs loop. I am heading to Dayon, Ohio, on business next week and
would
like to know if there are any worthwhile Triumph and British car
businesses,
junkyards, etc. that I could visit.
TIA,
Jeremy Kinney
