The folks at Triumph Specialty are legendary on this list.
I ordered a front bumper and over riders for my GT6 MkI
from them and received a very nice bumper and over rider set
for a GT6 Plus. After about 6 months of phone calls,
registered letters and BBB complaints, I finally ended up
with a good MkI front bumper and a set of over riders off
of something or other and decided to write it off to
experience. There is a rather humorous entry about them
in the monster list advising potential customers to take
a 60 Minutes camera crew with them if they plan to buy
anything from them. I concur.

They made a brief reappearance as Michael's British Parts
and managed to get an ad into the VTR magazine, but they
made the mistake of using Triumph Specialty's logo so
they were spotted pretty quickly and the ad was gone by
next issue. I'm sure they are still in the business
under a different name.

All this talk about Wayne and Triumphs Only has made me recall another
"infamous" San Jose TR business, Triumph Specialty. Does anybody remember
them?
