Never a good sign, indeed! However it might be a great deal
cheaper than the cost of having the utility run 440 to the
property and potential paying industrial rates on one's
monthly utility bill.....although as an aside, the sudden
power consumption utilizing the phase converter and step
up transformer might possibly induce certain entities to take
an interest in the type of activities being engaged on the site.
