Depends on how well ballanced the driveshaft is after replacement.  You
might get lucky.  I had a vibration so I took my shaft to a driveshaft
specialist and they said my cheap U-joints had too much slop so they change
them out for Hardy-Spicer and then balanced the shaft and it helped quite a
bit.
