Bob, I used a Wheelskins cover for my stock TR4 wheel. Their sizes are a 
function of wheel diameter and grip circumference, and I had no trouble 
with fit.  Some chain stores carry them, or you can order online.  I 
didn't see a list of distributors on the site, but you can probably 
google an online store.  Next time I install one I'll use work gloves 
since my hands were sore after installing it, from pulling the thread 
tight over and over.  But it was fairly quick, I installed it over lunch 
while the steering wheel was on the car.  Around $40 now, I remember it 
being around $30 a year or two ago but I remember my engine rebuild 
being less than it was too.  NFI.
