Michael,
I have explored PayPal in the past and have determined that is is mostly
a "Joke".  It is way too expensive for someone like myself who is not
making much money off these things to start with.  Therefore, the best
way to do it if you don't want to send an international money order in
US dollars, is to put 4 US Dollars (currency) into an envelope and send
just the self addressed envelope.  I will take it to the post office and
have the correct postage added.
