TR Cam Grinding?

Hello,
Does anyone know if a TR4 stock cam core (degrees are 15-55-55-15) can be 
reground without problems to TR4-A stock specs (degrees are 17-57-57-17)?
Or if you want TR4-A specs should you start with a stock TR4-A core cam?
