While I agree with Mike Porter, I would add that you may want to use some
boards under the block, to spread the weight out and prevent damage to the
trunk floor.  I was able to pick up and carry a bare Stag block myself, I'd
be surprised if it's more than 150 lbs, and a TR7 block should be somewhat
less.
