ROTFL! Years ago, I too purchased some rusty TR3 remains, and got in trouble
with my parents. My dad was so angry, he was going to make me spend my
summer cutting it up with a hacksaw instead of getting a paying job. This
despite the fact that a buddy with a salvage yard offered to take it away
for $75. Luckily my mother intervened, and my buddy hauled it away.
I forwarded this to my mother, as proof that I am not the only person who
does stuff like this. :-)
