How do you cut the welds between the B pillar and inner sills without
total disecting the rocker panels? The weld at the top of the inner sill
is totally inaccesable. "How to Restore Triumph TR3" doesn't even touch
on this subject. I finally ended up removing more of the rocker panels
than I had planned to, and then reaching in and cutting the weld with a
torch.
I did finally get the tub back from the dipper. Very clean! More rust
damage than I had hoped to see, but still well worth restoring. I did
end up ordering a replacement rear apron after inspecting what was left
of it.
