Jesse, if it won't fire on ether, then either the plugs are so wet with fuel
they won't fire, or there is some other ignition problem. (Well, assuming
of course you haven't broken a timing chain or something.)
I would probably proceed by substituting the rotor and condenser that you
took off at the last tune-up; an open condenser especially can cause the
symptoms you describe.
