Chris, the passenger side is easier. Simply fold the arm up vertical and
then gasp the hub and pull outward whilst waggling back and forth to get
the arms to slide up the splines. Sometimes, when the arms have been on
for a particularly long time it may help to prise with a screwdriver to get
things started.

The driver's side is a bit more complicated since it has the other arm.
First you pull the main hub as on the passenger's side arm but then you
have to remove the wheel box nut to release the plate to which as anchored
the other arm.

The rest is obvious.

Cheers

Dave
