Powder is the only way to go, you "cannot" chip P/C unless you use a
hammer/chisel, the stone guards on my T/R 3 have been P/Ced for 12 years now
and I have ==2== rock dents on each side, but no chips and still the same
lustre and thats also over 100,000 road miles, the "only" draw back to P/C
on wire wheels is when you need to true them up, the mechanic will have to
break the solid coating that covers the wires where they screw into the rim,
they will also have to be clear coated from UV rays to keep them from
chalking, yes P/C is the best way to go..  "FT"
