> I assume that this is a symptom of a stuck needle valve? Just take it > apart, clean and reassemble? Yup, that's usually all that's needed. Check the bottom of the float chamber for more crud, and clean it too if necessary. If you find crud there as well, you might want to consider where it's coming from (soft line deteriorating, for example).
