It took me 10 years to actually come up with a usable set for my TR250. I
searched high and low and got them one at a time at swap meets. I traded a
NOS Goodyear G-800 redline for some. I have a whole box of real weak used
ones that I would never run on a car. I also have three NOS ones in my
treasure chest that are not going anywhere until I keel over. Get friendly

since you never know how long I will last. There were actually three types.
An early version that had a diamond pattern, a smooth version and a late
version used on some late 250's and 69 TR6's that were cloth wrapped like
green hoses. Also there is some evidence that some TR250's came with black
cloth wrapped hoses. I have a set of those but they too will remain in the
treasure chest.
