The front of my TR4 has at some point in its checkered past suffered
some minor collision damage. The DPO fixed it with a good deal of
bondo and by welding it back together after sort of straightening it
out. The upper and lower valances are toast and I have replacements
for those from TRF. The real problem is the wings. All of this stuff
was originally bolted together and the welding and subsequent
disassembly has pretty much destroyed the bolt flanges at the front
of both wings which are otherwise in fine shape. Replacements are
listed at about $700 each so I'm reluctant to do that but it appears
the repair would be pretty tricky (probably pushing whatever skill I
have) and I have little to work with in terms of dimensions, shape,
etc. Question: have any of you faced this and, if so, how did you go
about it? Are there any drawings, sketches anywhere with dimensions,
etc. ? Or, should I just buy replacements?

Thanks for whatever comes my way,
Dennis Reese
