RE: 1st car

My first car was a 68 911s soft window targa.  My dad gave it to me on my 
15th birthday with a mig welder.  The car really should have been junked, I 
had to replace both heater channels, floors, etc..........  If anyone has 
replaced heater channels in a vw, a porsche is 5 times worse.  A slavation 
army truck ran over it when it was parked in front of my girlfriends house.  
I was so upset, I promised my self I would never put that much work into 
something.  The promise lasted 2 weeks when my granpa gave me his six to 
restore.  Had it since, driven weekly, only parked in my garage.
