Oil Treatment question

I thought this kind of advertising ended about 100 years ago. Can you say 
"snake oil"?
I'm sure this is all baloney - I live in North America and have never heard 
of any engine with a lifetime guarantee.
Mind you, I certainly have been longing for a way to reduce static charge 
inside my engine........
