Apparently the economy is bad enough that it's affecting the sale price of
Triumphs. Or maybe they just paid too much at the time. Or maybe both.
This car sold for just over $25,000 just a few months ago and now the owner is
willing to take a $7000 plus loss.

I looked at this car in person and at the time thought it was worth maybe
$14k-$17k at best. Most rubber parts were original and would need replacing
even for an afternoon drive and the battery box had some rust from an acid
spill. Otherwise a nice car though and looking at it was like a trip back in
time.
