This is something I've been trying to figure out too. I don't have a problem
with cutting the console a bit to fit a modern AM/FM/CD. My problem is most
of them look like they belong on a space ship! As Jim says, they don't blend
in very well. Jensen has a couple of models which look pretty subdued. I'll
look at the Sony that Jim mentions. Does anybody have other suggestions for
a model that doesn't make you feel you're having a Close Encounter?
