Need a key cut for TR3..who ?

To make a long story short, a kind sole mailed me (no names mentioned okay Greg 
?) a ignition unit for my TR3 but it has no key (which I knew). I understand 
there is someone on the list who can cut one according to the numbers on the 
unit.

Is this so ?
Anyone know who that is please ?
