As a messy and perhaps last resort you could try cooking them on the stove in
a pot of boiling water (or close to boil as you can get in a big pot) - does
wonders for softening hard seals and loosening rusted mates. Then use two
screw drivers to get lever action on the caliper body keep screwdriver tips
in the dust seal groove on piston and pry out (use the two screwdrivers at
opposing sides simultaneously).
Boiled and cleaned metal will be extra prone to rusting afterwards - take
action to inhibit. (using WD40 or Liquid Wrench to remove moisture on
critical metal surface areas might be good idea).
