If anyone wants to be a little on the scared side of driving their T/R try
this if you have the facilities, I drive my car over my 6' ft. deep pit, jack
up the rear wheels, start the car and put it in 3rd gear with the idle set up
to about 1500 rpm's, then walk down inside the pit and listen, sounds you
never knew were under the sheet metal and in the axles will scare the heck out
of you, noises are a part of a old car, especially T/R's, in order to enjoy
your your ride completely, you must install more sound insulation or turn your
radio up quite a bit louder, just never go down in the pit and expect to hear
a Rolls-Royce. <g> "FT"
