It's designed with two degrees of positive camber ... but if it's more than
that, look for worn lower pivots (both inner and outer), plus damage to the
lower pivots and/or wishbones (A-arms).

Normally no, only the toe is adjustable.  There are ways of changing things
of course, for example if you have the later TR4 upper arms, you can enlarge
the holes where the upper ball joint fastens to the arms.  There are even
aftermarket arms available that let you adjust both caster and camber.  But
the factory's attitude was that the angles were all set by design (except
for toe of course), any aberrations were to be corrected by replacing
bent/worn parts.
