The best was to get a generator rebuilt is to put in a GM alternator
conversion. I recently bought a alternator conversion kit for Brian Schlorff
at Power British (610-270-0505) and was very satisfied. Comes with a custom
pulley already on.
I am sorry that I waited so long before doing the change.
