Relays in TR4s

Hey guys,

Two questions:

In a TR-4 . . .where is the relay for an Overdrive supposed to mount?
Right now mine's clamped to the lip of the dashboard.  :-) 



Secondly . . . when did they start putting relays in for Horns?

TR-4A's? 
TR 250's?
