This weekend a T/R3 owner had a elec. short where as the car would not
start, he replaced points/condenser/rotor/wires/cap, the car still would not
start, he replaced the points/condenser/rotor a 2nd time, still would not
start, a looker-on removed the cap & rotor from his car and installed them
on the disabled car, the "3" started right up, replaced the original cap
and it started, replaced the rotor and it would not start, this owner had 3,
"yes 3" bad rotors, so be watchful of rotors at this time, some of you may
remember (Scott Shuring) about 5 years ago a large batch of defective
condensers on the market. "FT"
