TR250 vs TR6 Frame

Hello everyone.  Does anybody know the difference in the frame for a TR250 vs 
a later TR6.  I have a 74 TR6 frame.  Will that work on a TR250??  The 
catalogs list two different frames and I wonder what the difference are.
