This is excellent advice anyway, whether Pete is seeing virii 'from' the
list or not. Even your best friends should not be sending you infectable
files without :
a) Putting them inside a ZIP file, and
b) Letting you know in advance that it's coming, and what it is, and why you
want it.
On a related topic, did anyone else hear the hoax reported on KFWB (LA area
'all-new' radio station) that 'picture' files can now be infected by virii ?
They ran it several times over a 45 minute period, then I never heard any
more about it.
