Best be sure of the laws in your area first.  This topic came up at the club
meeting last week, in CA it's now a $85-$150 fine (depending on who writes
the ticket) for not having one.  The PRC (People's Republic of California)
makes no bones about it, they are using traffic tickets as a source of
income ...
