If you look on the right side of the center section of the firewall, below the
battery box, you should have a spot in which to hook the bottom of the
throttle return spring. There is a tab on the body just forward of the
throttlle shaft that runs across the firewall. The top of the spring should go
into a hole on the verticle piece that connects the cross throttle shaft to
the long throttle rod on the carbs.
