Two comments:
If you put the top or tonneau on outside, don't do it on a nice warm, sunny day
or that is the only kind of day you will be able to get them back on.
Also, make sure you have all your cockpit cappings in place. If you install them
later, your top/tonneau will not fit.
Your weather sounds like mine in Nova Scotia. I got in 250 miles in my 3A
yesterday under cloud and 12 degree C.
