Just priced every thing up this morning.
Moss Europe do a replica in Fibreglass and plexiglass for #600 but the
upshot is that the soft top, frame, trimming and fitting kit almost doubles
the price to #1000 inc vat (about $1450 dollars US buyers could take off the
vat at 17.5% This would probably cover most of the postage)
Moss Europe also do an original in Alloy and real glass brand new at #1500
($1800 without vat for overseas buyers) NFI just passing the word.
So the guy that paid $2551 for a seconhand kit with a torn soft top must
have money to burn. Probably lights his Havana Cigars with $20 bills!
