Henry Ford started experimenting with soybean-based plastic material before WW
1, in the 1930's he started making repair panels (fenders, deck lides etc), in
the 1940's some of these panels were installed on factory models for customer
use, with the insertion of plastic instead of chrome his experimenting had
paid off, this is in reference to the fabricated car a few days ago and Andy
M. asked me about Henry F.  "FT"
