This an interesting one, probably a subject for our faithful friend Jonmac.

To me it looks like a fibreglass body attached to Herald mechanicals. I did
spot the use of Triumph 1300 FWD rear lamps from the late 60s. Probably an
alliance with Britsh Leyland and the Turkish Government to produce a home
based version of the Trabant! (if you do not know what a Trabant is you have
not lived)
